Can I get a refund? How do I exchange my product?

We offer refunds on returned, unopened, and unused products and are happy to accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Returns are limited to orders within the last 30 days only.

Orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before shipping. If your order has shipped it must be returned as described above to be eligible for a refund.
